Frank joined Compass Partners as a Partner in 1998.

 

Prior to joining Compass, Frank was a Partner with Coopers & Lybrand in New York, providing transaction services for major private equity firms and strategic corporate buyers.

 

In addition to his investment experience with Compass, Frank has provided various forms of acquisition and disposal advice to clients of Coopers & Lybrand since 1982, being involved with over 100 acquisitions and divestitures in both Europe (including Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden and the United Kingdom), and the US. These deals have ranged in size from $20 million to over $3 billion in the diversified industrial, service, consumer goods and retail sectors.

 

Frank is a certified public accountant and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
